2. How is my order shipped?
ProRodeo Gear determines the most convenient method to shipping your order. We use the US Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Post (UPS). All Next Day, 2 Day Delivery orders are shipped and delivered Monday - Friday. Next Day Delivery is not available for PO Box, APO and FPO mailing addresses.
3. How long will it take to get my order?
All merchandise will ship within 24 hours of receiving the order (Monday-Friday).

You will receive your order in four to seven business days from the date your order was placed. For earlier delivery, we can expedite your shipping for an additional charge:
2 days: add $14.95
Overnight: add $34.95
For overnight delivery the next business day, orders must be submitted Monday through Thursday by 11am CT. 2 day orders placed on Friday after 11am CT and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday.
We do not offer overnight delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or to PO boxes. For shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, or APO addresses, our standard is First Class mail through the United States Postal Service.
5. What is your Return Policy?
We will happily exchange or refund any items that are returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase. If your return is received after 30 days from purchase date, a credit will be applied to your account. Worn or washed items are not returnable. Shipping is non-refundable.
6. How do I return an item?
Please send your item(s) back with your full name, address, email address and daytime phone number. Please let us know if you would like another item in exchange or a refund for the cost of the item. There are no additional shipping or handling changes on exchanges and items are shipped out within 24 hours of processing your return. Please send all returns to:

All returns must be received in original condition. We recommend adding Delivery Confirmation to your shipment, as you are responsible for ensuring that we receive the returned item(s).
7. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If any package or items appear to have been damaged in transit, please send the item(s) in question back First Class mail or UPS. Please let us know if you would like a replacement or a full refund. If you have any questions, please email ProRodeo Gear at support@prorodeogear.com.
8. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed to your original form of payment. Once a return has been processed, a credit card refund can take up to 7 business days to appear on your account and refund checks are processed weekly. |
